Stone details
This asscher weighs 1.98 carats and carries a F colour grade with VVS2 clarity. F is colourless to the eye, the last of the truly colourless grades, and VVS2 means very very slightly included under ten times magnification.
The asscher is a square step cut with cropped corners, a 1920s shape that rewards high clarity with a deep hall-of-mirrors effect.
It measures 6.91 x 6.82 x 4.56 mm, with a table of 64.0% and a total depth of 66.9%. Polish and symmetry are both excellent, the girdle is medium, and it shows no fluorescence.
Certified by IGI under report number 797618961, which you can verify on the IGI website. Supplied loose and ready for setting; our workshop can mount it in solid 14, 18 or 22 carat gold through the bespoke service, hallmarked in London before delivery.
