There’s no question too small. From choosing a piece to caring for it, we’re here to help — here are the things we’re asked most.
Are your diamonds real?
Yes. We offer both lab-grown and natural diamonds, each independently certified — lab-grown by IGI, natural by GIA. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to mined stones, graded F+ colour and VS+ clarity. Both are real diamonds.
What metals do you use?
Solid gold in 14, 18 and 22 carat, in yellow or white, as well as sterling silver. Never plated or filled.
Are your pieces hallmarked?
Yes. Every piece is independently hallmarked at the London Assay Office, in accordance with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973 — an official, independent guarantee of the metal’s fineness, struck discreetly into each piece.
Is each piece made to order?
Most pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks before dispatch; ready-to-ship pieces are sent within 2–3 working days.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. You can return an unworn item within 30 days of delivery. Bespoke commissions, engraved and resized pieces are exempt from change-of-mind returns. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How do I find my ring size?

Do you offer engraving?
Yes — engraving is always complimentary on suitable pieces, such as the inside of a ring band or the reverse of a pendant. Contact us with your piece and inscription and we’ll take care of the rest. Please note that engraved pieces cannot be returned for change of mind.
