Stone details
A 1.52 carat pear, D in colour and VVS2 in clarity, formed in the earth. D is the highest colour grade awarded, entirely colourless, and VVS2 means very very slightly included under ten times magnification.
The pear combines a rounded shoulder with a single point, and worn with the point outward it lengthens the finger.
It measures 10.95 x 6.18 x 3.77 mm, with a table of 58.0% and a total depth of 61.0%. Polish and symmetry are both excellent, the girdle is medium to thick, the culet none, and it shows faint fluorescence, invisible in normal light.
Certified by GIA under report number 1549738823, which you can verify on the GIA website. Supplied loose and ready for setting; our workshop can mount it in solid 14, 18 or 22 carat gold through the bespoke service, hallmarked in London before delivery.
