Stone details
1.98 carats, round brilliant cut, graded F VS1. F is colourless to the eye, the last of the truly colourless grades, and VS1 means very slightly included under ten times magnification.
The round brilliant is cut to return the most light of any shape, its fifty-seven facets arranged to send brightness straight back to the eye.
It measures 8.02 x 7.98 x 5.06 mm, with a table of 57.0% and a total depth of 63.2%, and its cut is graded excellent. Polish and symmetry are both excellent, the girdle is medium to slightly thick, and it shows no fluorescence.
Certified by IGI under report number 780638714, which you can verify on the IGI website. Supplied loose and ready for setting; our workshop can mount it in solid 14, 18 or 22 carat gold through the bespoke service, hallmarked in London before delivery.
