How do I care for my jewellery?
Clean gently with warm water, a little mild soap and a soft brush, then dry with a lint-free cloth. Remove jewellery before swimming, showering or applying perfume. See our Jewellery Care guide.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every piece carries a 12-month workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This excludes normal wear, accidental damage, loss or theft. Simply contact us and we’ll put it right.
Are your pieces hallmarked?
Yes. Every piece is hallmarked in London at the Goldsmiths’ Company Assay Office, in accordance with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973. The hallmark is an official guarantee of the metal’s fineness.

Delivery
Complimentary shipping on all UK orders, sent fully insured and signed-for. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 working days; pieces made to order, including other ring sizes, take 2–3 weeks before dispatch.
