Stone details
A 1.03 carat princess, G in colour and VVS2 in clarity, formed in the earth. G is near-colourless, showing no tint in a finished setting, and VVS2 means very very slightly included under ten times magnification.
The princess keeps the square outline of the rough and cuts it brilliant, so it holds sharp corners and lively fire together.
It measures 5.53 x 5.46 x 3.94 mm, with a table of 69.0% and a total depth of 72.2%. Polish is excellent and symmetry very good, the girdle is slightly thick to thick, the culet none, and it shows no fluorescence.
Certified by GIA under report number 7546827542, which you can verify on the GIA website. Supplied loose and ready for setting; our workshop can mount it in solid 14, 18 or 22 carat gold through the bespoke service, hallmarked in London before delivery.
