Stone details
This emerald cut weighs 0.70 carats and carries a G colour grade with VVS1 clarity. G is near-colourless, showing no tint in a finished setting, and VVS1 means very very slightly included under ten times magnification.
The emerald cut trades sparkle for clarity of line, its long step facets opening into the stone like a hall of mirrors.
It measures 5.45 x 4.16 x 2.99 mm, with a table of 64.0% and a total depth of 71.9%. Polish and symmetry are both very good, the girdle is thick, the culet large, and it shows no fluorescence.
Certified by HRD under report number 260000048390, which you can verify on the HRD website. Supplied loose and ready for setting; our workshop can mount it in solid 14, 18 or 22 carat gold through the bespoke service, hallmarked in London before delivery.
